Our Wedding

Oh dear... our wedding.  We were married May 24th, 2014.  I love the date because 0+5x2+4=14. Yes, I'm a nerd.  Our wedding was busy, peaceful, loud, beautiful, and fun.  I loved that all of my siblings and their spouses were able to make it.  My two brother-in-laws had never met until then and that was a big deal for us.  Here we all are:

Yay! We did it! Hopefully we can make this happen more often.

A few highlights of our wedding:

Family

My bouquet, dress, hair, and makeup were AWESOME

My talented family and friends that helped with hair and makeup, DJ, photography, video, and live music (cello and violin for our first dance) 

The photobooth (I LOVE looking at all the photo strips that were put in the scrapbook!)

How personal the reception was; I used 6 of Bach's Preludes and Fugues, music I've played in                                                                 school, as placemats

Our cake that literally had chocolate dripping off of it

My husband quoting Harry Potter a few minutes before being sealed (he's only seen them once so of course I'm very proud!)

Most importantly, the sealing in the temple

I could go on and on about the details of our wedding, but they really don't matter. The only absolute, guaranteed perfect part of a wedding is that at the end of the day, you are married to your best friend, and that's all that matters.  

I am so grateful we were able to be sealed in the temple for time and all eternity.  After we die, we are still married.  How awesome is that? I would've waited forever for my husband - he is so perfect for me.
